l Design features
l The valve body is in split type. The through-going shaft and half shaft are connected without pin.
l Valve seat is subject to mould pressing and machining, so as to ensure precise dimension and high finish. Wide flange F4 valve seat and flange are easily sealed.
l Valve seat is sealed and matched with valve plate and ball-profile section, to alleviate over-opening, avoid interference, and reduce friction.
l Both sides adopt the self-sealing pressure patent structure with high reliability, to ensure no leakage during the long-term operation.
l All parts contacting with medium adopt F4 materials, and are completely isolated from medium, so as to ensure long lifespan.
l The product is resistant to the corrosion of all chemical mediums.
l Upper flange complies with standard ISO5211.
l Side flange complies with standards: ANSI (ANSI 150LB), DIN2501 (DIN PN10/PN16, BS (BS PN16), JISB2220 (JIS 10K).
